In order to schedule an appointment with a physical therapist, we prefer a written referral from a licensed doctor of medicine, osteopathy, chiropractor, podiatrist, dental surgeon, licensed nurse practitioner or a licensed physician assistant acting under the supervision of a licensed physician. 

If you do not have a physician's prescription, we are able to evaluate and treat you for 30 days

(DIRECT ACCESS).
